Tommaso Mancuso

Prior to founding Shikuma Capital, Tommaso spent 12 years at Hermes Investment Management. He was executive director, Head of Multi Asset (a division he established in 2014) and member of the fixed income investment committee. He was responsible for managing all multi asset strategies including an original multi-asset approach to hedge inflation-risk, an absolute return strategy, and a multi asset ESG-focused strategy. Tommaso published several thought pieces on portfolio construction methodologies, inflation hedging tools, and long-term driver of asset correlation. Prior to forming Hermes Multi Asset in 2014, Tommaso was a partner and Head of Portfolio Management at Hermes' $2.5bn fund of hedge funds business (Hermes BPK). He joined Hermes in 2008 as Head of Research and macro strategy. Previously he was Global Head of Credit and Event Driven Strategies at Pioneer Alternative Investments in New York, responsible for an allocation more than $3.5bn out of $8bn managed in FoHFs by the firm. Tommaso spent a total of seven years at Pioneer Alternative Investments. Tommaso graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in international financial markets.
Marco Tosi

Prior to Shikuma Capital, Marco spent 12 years at Hermes Investment Management. He was Head of Risk and Quant for the Multi Asset division. He was responsible for the systematic modelling and risk management as well as co- PM in all multi asset strategies including an original multi-asset approach to hedge inflation-risk, an absolute return strategy, and a multi asset ESG-focused strategy. Prior to joining Hermes Multi asset in 2014, Marco was partner and held different roles leading to Head of Risk & Quantitative Research at Hermes' $2.5bn fund of hedge funds business (Hermes BPK). He joined Hermes in 2008. Previously he was quantitative analyst in the portfolio and risk management team at Pioneer Alternative Investments in London. Marco graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in Institutions and Financial Markets Management (M.S. in Management). Marco holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
Thomas Pontin

Prior to founding Shikuma Capital, Thomas spent 5 years at ADG Capital Management, a systematic macro fund, where he was responsible for global sales and marketing to Institutional clients. During this time he was instrumental in growing the business from $100m to $3.4bn. Prior to ADG Thomas was responsible for sales and marketing at Harmonic Capital, Fulcrum Asset Management and F&C Alternative Investments. Thomas studied Economics at Manchester University, and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
Anna McCutcheon

Prior to founding Shikuma Capital, Anna set up Nublu Investments in 2013 to develop and manage a proprietary systematic trading strategy. Between 2004 and 2011 she was in charge of building out the assets of two London based hedge funds, first at Tisbury Capital where AUM grew from $400m to $2.7bn, then later at Fortelus Capital Management where AUM grew from $400 to $1.1bn. Prior to that she was with RAB Capital where she developed and managed a long/short in-house equity strategy. Anna also spent time at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney working with the Portfolio Trading desk and the Quantitative Research team. Anna graduated from Laval University in Quebec with an honours degree in Economics and studied International Finance and Econometrics at ITAM in Mexico.
